Cucumber and Cream Cheese Tea Sandwiches

- •1 tablespoon butter, softened
Directions
- 1Mix softened cream cheese with lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 2Thinly slice the cucumber lengthwise into long ribbons using a mandoline or vegetable peeler.
- 3Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice.
- 4Arrange cucumber slices on half the bread slices, then top with remaining bread slices, cream cheese side down.
- 5Cut sandwiches diagonally into triangles and serve immediately.
