Ingredients

  • •12 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • •1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • •3/4 cup roasted almonds, roughly chopped
  • •1/2 cup roasted cashews, roughly chopped
  • •1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • •1 teaspoon fleur de sel or sea salt

Directions

  1. 1Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. 3Pour melted chocolate onto prepared baking sheet and spread into an even 1/4-inch layer.
  4. 4Scatter almonds, cashews, and cranberries evenly over the chocolate while it's still warm.
  5. 5Sprinkle sea salt over the top.
  6. 6Refrigerate for 10-12 minutes until chocolate is set and crisp.
  7. 7Break into irregular pieces and serve.

💡 Chocolate bark sets with a cleaner snap when the melted chocolate is spread thin and left undisturbed; pressing nuts in too deeply makes the slab difficult to break.
