Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- •6 large eggs
- •3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- •1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- •1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- •1/4 teaspoon paprika
- •1/4 teaspoon salt
- •1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- •pinch cayenne pepper
Directions
- 1Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit 10 minutes.
- 2Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool completely, then peel and halve them lengthwise.
- 3Scoop yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
- 4Mix mashed yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne until creamy.
- 5Spoon or pipe the filling into each egg white half.
- 6Dust with additional paprika and serve chilled or at room temperature.
