Ingredients

  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. 1Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot, then add minced ginger and garlic.
  2. 2Mix cornstarch and water together to form a slurry, then slowly stir into the boiling broth until thickened.
  3. 3Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper, and stir to combine.
