Egg White Omelet

A light and fluffy omelet made with pure egg whites, filled with fresh vegetables and cheese for a nutritious, protein-packed breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach
  • to taste salt and pepper

Directions

  1. 1Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until foamy.
  2. 2Add diced vegetables and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. 3Pour the egg whites into the skillet, tilting to spread evenly, and cook for 1-2 minutes until the bottom sets.
  4. 4Sprinkle cheese and spinach over one half of the omelet.
  5. 5When the top is nearly set, fold the omelet in half over the filling.
  6. 6Slide onto a plate and season with salt and pepper before serving.
