Ingredients

  • 12 oz Korean fish cake (eomuk), sliced into strips
  • 1/2 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

  1. 1Heat vegetable oil and cook onion and carrot for 3 minutes.
  2. 2Add the fish cake strips and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  3. 3Mix soy sauce and sugar and pour them into the skillet.
  4. 4Toss for 2 minutes until the fish cake is glossy and hot.
  5. 5Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil and green onions.
  6. 6Finish with sesame seeds and serve warm or chilled.
