Ingredients
- •12 oz Korean fish cake (eomuk), sliced into strips
- •1/2 medium yellow onion, sliced
- •1 carrot, julienned
- •3 green onions, sliced
- •2 tbsp soy sauce
- •1 tsp granulated sugar
- •1 tsp sesame oil
- •1 tbsp vegetable oil
- •1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
- 1Heat vegetable oil and cook onion and carrot for 3 minutes.
- 2Add the fish cake strips and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- 3Mix soy sauce and sugar and pour them into the skillet.
- 4Toss for 2 minutes until the fish cake is glossy and hot.
- 5Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil and green onions.
- 6Finish with sesame seeds and serve warm or chilled.
💡 Do not overcook eomuk; it only needs reheating and seasoning.
