Fattoush Salad
A vibrant Lebanese salad with crispy pita chips, fresh vegetables, and tangy sumac dressing.

Ingredients
- •2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- •1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- •1 cucumber, diced
- •1 cup radishes, sliced
- •½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- •¼ cup fresh mint, chopped
- •2 pita breads
- •3 tablespoons olive oil
- •2 tablespoons lemon juice
- •1 teaspoon sumac powder
- •½ teaspoon salt
Directions
- 1Cut pita breads into triangles and brush lightly with olive oil. Toast in a 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
- 2Combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, radishes, parsley, and mint in a large bowl.
- 3Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sumac powder, and salt in a small bowl to make the dressing.
- 4Pour dressing over vegetables and toss well to combine.
- 5Top salad with crispy pita chips and serve immediately while chips are still crunchy.
