Gambas al Ajillo

Ingredients
- •1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- •6 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- •0.5 cup extra virgin olive oil
- •0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
- •0.25 cup dry white wine
- •2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- •1 tsp sea salt
- •0.5 tsp black pepper
- •1 lemon, cut into wedges
Directions
- 1Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3Increase heat to medium-high and add shrimp, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until they begin to turn pink.
- 4Pour in white wine and season with salt and pepper, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- 5Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- 6Serve immediately with lemon wedges and crusty bread to soak up the oil.
