Garlic Knots
Soft, chewy knots of pizza dough brushed with aromatic garlic butter and fresh parsley.

Ingredients
- •1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- •4 tablespoons butter
- •6 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- •1/2 teaspoon salt
- •1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- •1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- •2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Divide pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each into a 6-inch rope.
- 2Tie each rope into a knot shape, tucking the ends underneath. Place on a greased baking sheet.
- 3Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4Stir in fresh parsley and remove from heat.
- 5Brush the garlic mixture generously over each knot and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- 6Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- 7Cool for 2 minutes and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping if desired.
