Garlic Parmesan Breadsticks

Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick, then cut into strips about 1 inch wide.
  3. 3Melt butter in a small saucepan and stir in minced garlic, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4Place breadstick strips on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with garlic butter.
  5. 5Mix Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl, then sprinkle evenly over the buttered breadsticks.
  6. 6Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
