Ingredients
- •12 phyllo dough sheets
- •4 tablespoons butter, melted
- •8 ounces goat cheese, softened

- •2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- 2Cut phyllo sheets into 3-inch squares, brush with melted butter, and press into muffin cups, creating cup shapes.
- 3Bake phyllo cups for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy, then remove and cool slightly.
- 4In a small bowl, mix softened goat cheese with honey, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- 5Spoon goat cheese mixture into each cooled phyllo cup and top with chopped walnuts.
- 6Serve immediately at room temperature or warm slightly in the oven for 2-3 minutes before serving.
