Granola Clusters
Crunchy, golden clusters of oats and nuts bound together with honey and butter, perfect for a wholesome breakfast.

Ingredients
- •3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- •1 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped
- •1/2 cup raw pecans, roughly chopped
- •1/3 cup honey
- •1/4 cup coconut oil or butter
- •2 tablespoons brown sugar
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- •1/2 teaspoon salt
- •1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil with honey and brown sugar over low heat, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- 3In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, and pecans, then pour the honey mixture over and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- 4Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown.
- 5Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then break into clusters and stir in dried cranberries.
- 6Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
