Greek Chicken Pita Wrap

Ingredients
- •600 g boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- •3 tbsp olive oil
- •1 lemon, juiced and zested
- •3 garlic cloves, minced
- •1 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- •to taste salt and black pepper
- •4 large pita breads
- •1/2 cup store-bought tzatziki
- •1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- •1/2 English cucumber, diced
- •1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- •1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- •1/4 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- •2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- 1Whisk olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper; toss with chicken strips and marinate 15 minutes.
- 2Cook chicken strips in a hot skillet over medium-high heat 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through; set aside.
- 3Combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, feta, and parsley in a bowl.
- 4Warm pitas in a skillet or oven until soft.
- 5Spread tzatziki generously across each pita.
- 6Top with chicken strips, then the Greek salad mixture.
- 7Fold and wrap tightly; serve immediately.
💡 Store-bought tzatziki is available in the deli section of all major Canadian grocery stores. For best flavour, let the chicken marinate overnight in the fridge.
