Ingredients

  • •1 lb Frozen shrimp
  • •1 can Canned tomatoes
  • •3 cloves Garlic
  • •1 medium Red onion
  • •3 tbsp Olive oil
  • •1/2 cup Parmesan
  • •to taste Salt
  • •to taste Pepper

Directions

  1. 1Thaw shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. 2Dice red onion and mince garlic finely.
  3. 3Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until soft.
  4. 4Add canned tomatoes, salt, and pepper; simmer 10 minutes.
  5. 5Nestle shrimp into sauce and cook until pink, about 4 minutes.
  6. 6Top with parmesan and broil 2 minutes until golden and bubbly.

💡 Saganaki sauce should reduce before shrimp goes in. Once seafood is added, there is barely enough time to melt feta without overcooking it.
