Green Power Smoothie

Green Power Smoothie

A vibrant, nutrient-packed smoothie that tastes like a tropical vacation while sneaking in a generous handful of greens. Creamy, sweet, and refreshing — even picky kids won't know the spinach is in there.

⏱ 5 minServes 2American

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated (optional)

Directions

  1. 1Add almond milk and Greek yogurt to the blender first so the blades can move freely.
  2. 2Add the baby spinach on top of the liquid.
  3. 3Add the frozen mango, pineapple, and banana.
  4. 4Add honey and grated ginger if using.
  5. 5Blend on high for 60 seconds until completely smooth and no green flecks remain.
  6. 6Taste and add more honey if desired, then blend for 5 more seconds.
  7. 7Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

💡 Adding liquid first prevents the blender from jamming. For a vegan version, use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt and maple syrup instead of honey. Frozen fruit is key — it eliminates the need for ice and keeps the smoothie thick and cold.
