Grilled Fish with Za'atar
Perfectly grilled white fish infused with the tangy, herbaceous flavors of za'atar spice blend and finished with a drizzle of olive oil.

Ingredients
- •4 fillets white fish (sea bass, halibut, or cod)
- •3 tablespoons za'atar spice mix
- •4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- •2 lemons
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- 1Pat fish fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- 2Mix za'atar with minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to create a paste.
- 3Rub the za'atar mixture evenly over both sides of each fish fillet.
- 4Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- 5Grill fish for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and lightly charred.
- 6Transfer to a serving plate and drizzle with remaining olive oil and fresh lemon juice.
- 7Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges, then serve immediately.
