- •4 fillets (6 oz each) salmon
- •3 tablespoons olive oil
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- •1 teaspoon garlic powder
- •1 teaspoon dried dill
- •2 lemons
- •2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Directions
- 1Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) for 10 minutes.
- 2Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush both sides with olive oil.
- 3Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dill.
- 4Place salmon skin-side up on grill grates and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving.
- 5Flip fillets skin-side down and cook for another 4-5 minutes until flesh is opaque and flakes easily.
- 6Transfer to a serving plate, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, and garnish with parsley.
