Grilled Salmon

A simple yet elegant grilled salmon fillet with a crispy exterior and moist, flaky interior, finished with fresh lemon and herbs.

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets (6 oz each) salmon
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

  1. 1Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) for 10 minutes.
  2. 2Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. 3Season salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dill.
  4. 4Place salmon skin-side up on grill grates and cook for 4-5 minutes without moving.
  5. 5Flip fillets skin-side down and cook for another 4-5 minutes until flesh is opaque and flakes easily.
  6. 6Transfer to a serving plate, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, and garnish with parsley.
