Grilled Salmon with Lemon Butter

Ingredients
- •4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- •4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- •2 lemons
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- •1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- •2 tablespoons olive oil
- •1 teaspoon salt
- •½ teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- 1Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) and lightly oil the grates.
- 2Pat salmon fillets dry and brush with olive oil, then season both sides with salt and pepper.
- 3Place salmon skin-side up on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook skin-side down for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- 4While salmon cooks, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add minced garlic, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 5Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice (from 1½ lemons), fresh parsley, and dill into the butter.
- 6Transfer grilled salmon to serving plates, spoon lemon butter sauce over the fillets, and garnish with lemon slices and extra herbs if desired.
