Grilled White Fish with Chermoula
Delicate white fish fillets infused with vibrant herb and spice chermoula sauce, grilled until perfectly flaky and aromatic.

Ingredients
- •4 white fish fillets (sea bass, halibut, or cod), 6 oz each
- •1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- •1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- •4 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 lemon, juiced
- •1/4 cup olive oil
- •1 teaspoon ground cumin
- •1/2 teaspoon paprika
- •1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- •to taste salt and black pepper
Directions
- 1Combine cilantro, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a bowl to make the chermoula sauce.
- 2Reserve half of the chermoula sauce for serving, and brush the remaining sauce generously over both sides of the fish fillets.
- 3Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- 4Place fish fillets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- 5Transfer grilled fish to a serving plate and drizzle with reserved chermoula sauce.
- 6Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your choice of sides such as rice or roasted vegetables.
