Ham and Spinach Sourdough Melts

Ingredients
- •4 thick slices sourdough bread
- •6 oz deli ham, sliced
- •2 cups baby spinach
- •1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

- •2 tbsp mayonnaise

Directions
- 1Preheat broiler to high and line a baking sheet with foil.
- 2Sauté spinach and garlic in oil over medium heat for 2 minutes.
- 3Spread mayonnaise evenly over each sourdough slice.
- 4Layer ham, red onion, and wilted spinach on each bread slice.
- 5Top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.
- 6Broil 3 to 4 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
