Homemade Goldfish Crackers
Crispy, cheesy bite-sized crackers with that iconic goldfish shape that are fun to make and even more fun to eat.

Ingredients
- •1 cup all-purpose flour
- •1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
- •4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- •1/4 teaspoon salt
- •1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- •1/4 cup water
- •1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- 1Mix flour, grated cheddar, salt, cayenne pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
- 2Cut in softened butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs, then add water a little at a time until dough comes together.
- 3Roll dough between two sheets of parchment paper to 1/8-inch thickness.
- 4Cut out fish shapes using a small fish-shaped cookie cutter and place on lined baking sheets.
- 5Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- 6Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
