Honey Granola Clusters

Ingredients
- •3 cups rolled oats
- •1 cup raw almonds, chopped
- •1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- •1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- •1/3 cup honey
- •4 tablespoons butter
- •2 tablespoons brown sugar
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- •1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds, and salt.
- 3In a small saucepan, melt butter with honey and brown sugar over medium heat, then stir in vanilla extract.
- 4Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
- 5Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- 6Cool completely on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
