Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine oats, almonds, coconut, sunflower seeds, and salt.
  3. 3In a small saucepan, melt butter with honey and brown sugar over medium heat, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. 4Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until everything is well coated.
  5. 5Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  6. 6Cool completely on the baking sheet for 10 minutes, then break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
