Ingredients
- •2 cups mixed raw nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans)

- •2 tablespoons honey

- •1 teaspoon sea salt

Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2Melt butter in a large bowl and stir in honey, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cumin.
- 3Add mixed nuts to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- 4Spread nuts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- 5Roast for 15-18 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and fragrant.
