Directions
- 1Pound chicken breasts to ½-inch thickness using a meat mallet.
- 2Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl, then coat both sides of chicken.
- 3Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 4Place a cheese slice on each hot chicken breast and cover to melt for 1-2 minutes.
- 5Toast buns lightly with butter in the same skillet until golden.
