Ingredients

- •3 tbsp soy sauce
- •2 tbsp mirin
- •2 tsp granulated sugar

- •4 eggs

- •2 cups green beans, trimmed
- •1 tbsp sesame seeds
Directions
- 1Cook ground chicken with soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and ginger until crumbly and glazed.
- 2Beat eggs with salt and scramble them gently into small curds.
- 3Blanch the green beans for 2 minutes, then drain and slice.
- 4Divide warm rice among four lunch containers.
- 5Arrange chicken, scrambled egg, and green beans in separate bands over the rice.
- 6Finish with sesame seeds and cool slightly before packing.
