Jarlsberg Cheese Omelet

Ingredients
- •3 large eggs
- •2 tablespoons butter
- •1/2 cup Jarlsberg cheese, shredded
- •2 tablespoons whole milk
- •1/4 teaspoon salt
- •1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- •1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- •1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- 1Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk, salt, and pepper, then whisk until well combined.
- 2Heat butter in an 8-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until foaming.
- 3Pour egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for 30 seconds until edges begin to set.
- 4Gently push cooked edges toward center, tilting pan so uncooked egg flows to edges, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
- 5When eggs are nearly set but still slightly wet on top, sprinkle Jarlsberg cheese and herbs over one half.
- 6Fold omelet in half and slide onto a plate, serving immediately while hot.
