Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3 cups rice, cooked
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

  1. 1Mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
  2. 2Cook chicken in a hot skillet for 6 minutes until browned.
  3. 3Add sauce and cook 3 minutes until sticky and chicken is fully cooked.
  4. 4Divide warm rice among bowls.
  5. 5Top with chicken, cucumber, green onions, and sesame seeds.

💡 Add a spoonful of water if the glaze tightens before the chicken finishes cooking.
