Ingredients
- •1 lb chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

- •1 tbsp soy sauce
- •1 tbsp honey
- •1 tsp sesame oil
- •3 cups rice, cooked
- •1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- •2 green onions, sliced
- •1 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
- 1Mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.
- 2Cook chicken in a hot skillet for 6 minutes until browned.
- 3Add sauce and cook 3 minutes until sticky and chicken is fully cooked.
- 4Divide warm rice among bowls.
- 5Top with chicken, cucumber, green onions, and sesame seeds.
