Ingredients
- •12 oz rice noodles
- •8 cups chicken broth
- •8 oz ground pork
- •8 oz raw shrimp, peeled
- •4 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 tbsp vegetable oil
- •2 cups bean sprouts
- •4 green onions, sliced
- •1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- •2 tbsp fish sauce
- •1 tsp granulated sugar
- •4 lime wedges
Directions
- 1Fry the garlic in vegetable oil for 2 minutes until golden and set it aside.
- 2Bring chicken broth to a simmer and add ground pork, breaking it into small pieces.
- 3Add shrimp, fish sauce, and sugar and simmer for 3 minutes until the shrimp are opaque.
- 4Cook the rice noodles separately and divide among bowls.
- 5Ladle the pork-shrimp broth over the noodles.
- 6Top with bean sprouts, green onions, cilantro, fried garlic, and lime.
