Ingredients
- •1 lb ground duck or chicken
- •3 tablespoons fish sauce
- •3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- •2-3 Thai bird's eye chilis, minced
- •3 tablespoons roasted rice powder
- •1 cup fresh mint leaves
- •1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- •4 green onions, sliced
- •1/4 cup shallots, thinly sliced
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- 1Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground duck until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- 2Remove from heat and stir in fish sauce and lime juice until well combined.
- 3Add the minced chilis and roasted rice powder, stirring to distribute evenly.
- 4Fold in the mint, cilantro, green onions, and shallots until just combined.
- 5Taste and adjust seasonings with additional fish sauce, lime juice, or chilis as needed.
- 6Serve warm or at room temperature with sticky rice and fresh vegetables on the side.
