Ingredients
- •2 large cucumbers
- •1 tsp salt
- •2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
- •1 tbsp soy sauce
- •1 tbsp sesame oil
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tbsp chili oil
- •1/2 tsp granulated sugar
Directions
- 1Smash the cucumbers with a cleaver or rolling pin and tear them into bite-size pieces.
- 2Toss the cucumber with salt and let it drain for 10 minutes.
- 3Mix black vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, chili oil, and sugar.
- 4Drain the cucumber well.
- 5Toss the cucumber with the dressing until coated.
