Ingredients

Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 2Cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, then beat in egg, lime juice, and lime zest.
- 3In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt, then fold into the wet ingredients until combined.
