Lion's Head Meatballs

Ingredients
- •1 lb ground pork
- •3 tbsp soy sauce
- •2 tbsp oyster sauce
- •1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
- •1 egg
- •2 tbsp sesame oil
- •1/2 lb napa cabbage, chopped
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tbsp ginger, minced
- •2 cups chicken broth
- •2 green onions chopped
Directions
- 1Mix ground pork, 1.5 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, breadcrumbs, and egg; form into 8 large meatballs.
- 2Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and brown meatballs on all sides, about 5 minutes; set aside.
- 3In the same pot, sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4Add napa cabbage and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5Pour in chicken broth, remaining soy sauce, and remaining oyster sauce; bring to a boil.
- 6Return meatballs to pot, reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes until cooked through.
- 7Garnish with green onions and serve hot with steamed rice.
