Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups cabbage, green and shredded
  • 1 apple, julienned
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped

Directions
