Directions

- 3Make the gravy by melting butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour to create a roux, stirring for 1-2 minutes.
- 4Gradually whisk in broth and milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
