Meatball Sub
Tender homemade meatballs smothered in marinara sauce and melted cheese on a crusty sub roll.

Ingredients
- •1 lb ground beef
- •1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- •1/4 cup milk
- •1 egg
- •1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 tsp salt
- •1/2 tsp black pepper
- •2 cups marinara sauce
- •1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- •4 sub rolls
Directions
- 1Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix until just combined.
- 2Roll mixture into 16 meatballs and place on a greased baking sheet.
- 3Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes until cooked through.
- 4Heat marinara sauce in a large pot and add cooked meatballs, simmering for 5 minutes.
- 5Slice sub rolls lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
- 6Spoon meatballs and sauce into rolls, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake at 375°F for 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- 7Serve immediately while hot.
