Molten Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

- •6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- •2 large eggs
- •2 egg yolks
- •1/4 cup granulated sugar
- •2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- •1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 425°F and butter four 6-oz ramekins, dusting with cocoa powder.
- 2Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- 3Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and thick, about 3 minutes.
- 4Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the eggs, then fold in flour, salt, and vanilla until just combined.
- 5Divide batter evenly among prepared ramekins.
- 6Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm but the center still jiggles slightly when gently shaken.
- 7Let cool for 1 minute, then invert onto serving plates and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
