Ingredients
- •4 large sheets wheat flatbread (lavash)
- •8 oz feta cheese
- •1 cup walnuts
- •1 cucumber, sliced
- •6 radishes, sliced
- •1 cup fresh mint leaves
- •1 cup fresh parsley leaves
- •1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
Directions
- 1Arrange the wheat flatbread on a large platter or individual plates.
- 2Cut the feta into bite-size pieces and place it beside the bread.
- 3Add walnuts, cucumber, and radishes in separate piles.
- 4Wash and dry the mint, parsley, and cilantro thoroughly.
- 5Pile the fresh herbs generously onto the platter.
- 6Let diners wrap cheese, walnuts, vegetables, and herbs in pieces of lavash.
💡 Dry the herbs well after washing; wet leaves make the lavash soggy before the breakfast is assembled.
