Ingredients

  • •1 cup all-purpose flour
  • •2 large eggs
  • •1/2 cup whole milk
  • •1/2 cup water
  • •1/4 teaspoon salt
  • •2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • •3/4 cup Nutella
  • •1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • •1/2 cup whipped cream
  • •2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions

  1. 1Combine flour and eggs in a large mixing bowl, then gradually add milk and water, stirring to combine. Add salt and melted butter, and beat until smooth.
  2. 2Heat a nonstick skillet or crepe pan over medium-high heat and lightly butter it. Pour about 1/4 cup batter into the center and tilt the pan to spread evenly.
  3. 3Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the bottom is light golden, then flip and cook the other side for about 30 seconds. Transfer to a plate and repeat with remaining batter.
  4. 4Spread 2-3 tablespoons of Nutella onto each crepe, then add a line of fresh strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
  5. 5Fold or roll the crepe and arrange on a serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately.

💡 Nutella crêpes should be filled while the crêpes are warm but not steaming; very hot crêpes make the spread run out when rolled.
