- •2 large eggs
- •1/4 teaspoon salt
- •1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- •pinch garlic powder
- •1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Directions
- 1Heat butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until it foams and turns light golden.
- 2Crack eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are mostly set, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3Season eggs with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- 4Once whites are fully set but yolk is still runny in the center, transfer to a plate.
- 5Garnish with fresh chives and serve immediately.
