Chewy wide rice noodles stir-fried with soy sauce, Chinese broccoli, and tender chicken in a savory, slightly sweet sauce.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz wide rice noodles
  • 8 oz chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 3 cups Chinese broccoli, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. 1Cook rice noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  2. 2Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat and stir-fry minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. 3Add sliced chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
  4. 4Add Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. 5Add cooked noodles to the wok and toss to combine.
  6. 6Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar, then toss everything together for 1-2 minutes.
  7. 7Season with black pepper and serve immediately while hot.
