Chewy wide rice noodles stir-fried with soy sauce, Chinese broccoli, and tender chicken in a savory, slightly sweet sauce.

Ingredients
- •8 oz wide rice noodles
- •8 oz chicken breast, sliced thin
- •3 cups Chinese broccoli, cut into 2-inch pieces
- •3 cloves garlic, minced
- •3 tbsp soy sauce
- •1 tbsp oyster sauce
- •1 tsp dark soy sauce
- •1 tsp sugar
- •2 tbsp vegetable oil
- •1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
- 1Cook rice noodles according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
- 2Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat and stir-fry minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- 3Add sliced chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through.
- 4Add Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 5Add cooked noodles to the wok and toss to combine.
- 6Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and sugar, then toss everything together for 1-2 minutes.
- 7Season with black pepper and serve immediately while hot.
