Pad Thai Shrimp Spaghetti with Peas and Cheddar

Ingredients
- •10 oz spaghetti
- •1 lb frozen shrimp, thawed
- •1 cup frozen peas
- •3 tbsp pad thai sauce
- •1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
Directions
- 1Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente, drain and set aside.
- 2Heat oil in large skillet or wok over high heat until shimmering.
- 3Add garlic and bell pepper, stir-fry two minutes until slightly softened.
- 4Add shrimp, cook two minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
- 5Toss in peas and cooked spaghetti, pour pad thai sauce over everything.
- 6Stir-fry one minute until everything is evenly coated and heated through.
- 7Remove from heat, sprinkle cheddar over top, cover one minute to melt, then serve.
