⏱ 15 minServes 2American

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ham steak (½ to ¾ inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar or pineapple juice

  4. 4In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, pepper, and cloves.
  5. 5Pour the glaze over the ham steak and cook for 2-3 minutes, turning once to coat both sides.
