Ingredients

  • •1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • •1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • •1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • •1/4 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • •pinch salt

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Mix grated Parmesan cheese with black pepper, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. 3Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart, and gently flatten each into a thin disk.
  4. 4Bake for 5-7 minutes until the edges turn golden brown and the cheese is crispy.
  5. 5Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes until hardened, then transfer to a wire rack.

💡 Parmesan crisps need small, even mounds with space between them; oversized piles stay chewy in the centre while edges burn.
