Peanut Butter Cup Bars

Directions
- 1Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into a greased 8x8 inch baking pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- 2Blend peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over the crust.
- 3Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- 4Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly to the edges.
- 5Refrigerate for 30 minutes until chocolate is set, then cut into 16 squares and serve.
