Ingredients
- •1 sheet thawed puff pastry
- •4 medium pears, peeled and sliced
- •3 tablespoons butter
- •1/4 cup granulated sugar
- •2 tablespoons brown sugar
- •1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- •1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- •2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- •1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2Heat butter and granulated sugar in a large skillet over medium heat, then add pear slices and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden and caramelized, stirring in vanilla and cinnamon.
- 3Place puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet and spread caramelized pears evenly over it, leaving a 1-inch border.
- 4Sprinkle brown sugar and sliced almonds over the pears.
- 5Bake for 18-22 minutes until pastry is golden and puffed.
- 6Drizzle with honey immediately after removing from oven and serve warm.
