Pork and Chive Dumplings
Tender, pleated dumplings filled with seasoned ground pork and fresh chives, pan-fried until golden and crispy.

Ingredients
- •24 round dumpling wrappers
- •1 pound ground pork
- •1 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
- •2 tablespoons soy sauce
- •1 tablespoon sesame oil
- •1 teaspoon minced ginger
- •2 cloves garlic, minced
- •2 tablespoons vegetable oil for pan-frying
- •1/4 cup water
Directions
- 1Mix ground pork, chopped chives, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in a bowl until well combined.
- 2Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper, wet the edges with water, fold in half, then pleat the edges to seal.
- 3Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4Place dumplings in a single layer in the hot skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until bottoms are golden.
- 5Add water to the skillet, cover immediately, and steam for 5-6 minutes until liquid is mostly absorbed.
- 6Remove lid and cook for another 1-2 minutes until bottoms are crispy again.
- 7Serve hot with soy sauce or chili oil for dipping.
