Ingredients

  • •24 round wonton wrappers
  • •1/2 lb ground pork
  • •2 cups finely chopped cabbage
  • •2 green onions, minced
  • •2 cloves garlic, minced
  • •1 tbsp soy sauce
  • •1 tsp sesame oil
  • •2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • •1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. 1Mix ground pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. 2Place 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper, wet edges with water, and fold into a triangle, then bring corners together.
  3. 3Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4Place pot stickers flat-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  5. 5Add water to the skillet, cover with a lid, and steam for 5-7 minutes until water is absorbed.
  6. 6Remove from heat and serve hot with soy sauce or dipping sauce of choice.

💡 Pot stickers need a dry pan stage after steaming. Once the water evaporates, leave them undisturbed long enough to rebuild a crisp bottom.
