Prosciutto-Wrapped Figs
Sweet, tender figs wrapped in salty prosciutto and finished with a touch of balsamic glaze and creamy cheese.

Ingredients
- •12 fresh figs
- •6 slices prosciutto
- •4 oz goat cheese or ricotta
- •2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- •1 tablespoon honey
- •1 tablespoon olive oil
- •1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- •pinch sea salt
- •2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves
Directions
- 1Cut each prosciutto slice in half lengthwise to create 12 strips.
- 2Gently spread about 1 teaspoon of goat cheese into the center of each fig.
- 3Wrap each fig with a strip of prosciutto and arrange on a serving platter.
- 4Whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey, then drizzle over the wrapped figs.
- 5Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt.
- 6Tear fresh basil leaves and scatter over the figs, then serve immediately.
