Pumpkin Pie Bars

- •2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- •6 tablespoons melted butter
- •2 tablespoons sugar
- •1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- •¾ cup granulated sugar
- •1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- •½ teaspoon ground ginger
- •¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- •¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- •2 large eggs
- •1 cup evaporated milk
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar, then press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 5 minutes.
- 3In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, ¾ cup sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves until combined.
- 4Add eggs and evaporated milk to the pumpkin mixture and whisk until smooth.
- 5Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust and bake for 40-45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- 6Cool completely on a wire rack, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars and serving.
