Queso Dip

Ingredients
- •1 pound chorizo sausage
- •2 cups white American cheese, sliced
- •1 cup pepper jack cheese, shredded
- •1/2 cup heavy cream
- •1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- •1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- •1/4 cup diced onion
- •1 teaspoon cumin
- •1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- 1Brown the chorizo in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- 2Reduce heat to medium and add the heavy cream to the skillet with chorizo.
- 3Add the sliced American cheese and shredded pepper jack cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
- 4Stir in the jalapeños, tomatoes, onion, cumin, and salt, mixing well.
- 5Transfer to a serving bowl or keep warm in the skillet, and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
